As someone who badly needs to learn how to draw realistic human faces and expressions, I can say that these are going to come in VERY handy as reference material. Thanks for shading, and congrats on the DD! C:
Most of these don't seem very useful for your average daily range of expressions... unless you're a fan of making and drawing exaggerated expressions like me! These are great, thanks for compiling them for use! Congrats on the DD!
I think the third one looks nice. The rest seem either unnatural and/or funny. But I like looking through them, picturing it as a moving film of someone making funny faces in a bathroom mirror (especially when they don't know someone else is watching).
You all need to remember that he didn't ask for the DD, and I don't think he had the chance to turn it down either (and honestly, even if he could... would you turn it down?). Critique the work itself if you want, but if the fact that it received a DD award bothers you that much you should contact the admin responsible because the model can't do anything about it.
Kind of like if somebody featured something in a Journal Feature that you don't like, and instead of going to the person who wrote the journal and actually made the decision, complaining to the artist about something out of their control.
Rudeness pretty much wipes out any valuable critique or legitimate arguments you may have had. Now you just look jealous and bitter.
